Mazda MX-5 NB 1.8 Shortened Sump Service

Description

We can shorten the sump and oil pickup pipe of your Mazda MX-5 1.8 NB engine.

The sump shortening can remove approx 40mm from the sump pan.

Please select if your sump needs to include the turbo oil drain return.

We only have a jig for the mk2 oil pickup, so cannot do the mk1 sump.

How to purchase this welding service:

1.  Purchase this service on line; (this will give you an order number).
2.  Post your sump and oil pickup pipe clean of oil to us.  We only need the pan and the pickup.  Please remove the bolts, and the baffle as we cannot guarantee this will be returned.
3.  Clearly mark the order number (from step 1) on the outside of the box.
4.  Sit and wait for us to post back your sump (postage is included in the price. 

Note : Please be aware that if your sump is in a porous state we may not be able to weld this. Please enquire before purchasing if you are unsure

Please ensure the sump is cleaned prior to sending in your sump or you will be charged for us to clean it
